As far as I know, Halle Berry is not one of the Oscar winners (or nominees) in town. A Pittsburgher told a colleague that his house was being used for a movie featuring Berry, an Oscar winner for "Monster's Ball."

I assume he meant Viola Davis, an Oscar nominee for "Doubt," a Tony winner for "Fences" and (left) recent presenter on the Tony Awards. She and Maggie Gyllenhaal are co-starring in the movie originally known as "Still I Rise" and more recently being called "Steel Town."

It's about strong women who channel their frustration into action and work together to transform an inner-city school. Cast also includes Holly Hunter, Rosie Perez, Lance Reddick and Oscar Isaac, among others. If Berry is here, that would be one of the city's best kept secrets.
