In the "you learn something every day" department, the Roundabout did not know this: PennDOT each month chooses 1,900 drivers age 45 and older at random and requires them to have eye and physical exams as part of the renewal of their driver's licenses. The selection process is weighted so that the older you are, the better the chance of getting picked.
