Mitt is the one! No, Newt is the one! No, Ron Paul is the one! The reality is Dems elected a man who could by no means at the time, be called a Washington insider and look at the result. He did have fresh ideas but couldn't move a bread crumb much less the mountains that need to be moved because the big-time Washington insiders made it their singular goal (Mitch McConnell, Eric Cantor, et al.) "to make Obama a one-term president" at any cost.
It does not matter to them if America crumbles; they just cannot be humiliated by another Democratic president (like Bill Clinton) actually turning our deficit into a surplus.
No, we need another Republican to further drag us into deeper debt, and let's face it, my Republican brethren, it was not Barack Obama who created this mess -- it was your man. Wake up and drink your spilled milk.

Why is everyone picking on Bunda all of the time lately? What are you guys, 12 years old? Seriously, this is getting to be worse than high school with all of the immature bullying.
written by graywolf, February 14, 2012 - 10:10 AMLOl Bunda like a lot of others likes political fabrication.
Pghgirl, they pick on Bunda because he's like a blog general. He has extensive data banks and can provide 10 links to prove his point or disprove theirs. So they take potshots at him.
it was not Barack Obama who created this mess -- it was your man
True enough, I suppose, but your man -- Our Dear Reader -- took a bad situation and made it so very much worse, something else your letter fails to address.

Well, Janice the reason why the Republicans wanted to make Obama a one term president from the get-go is because they knew the socialist path this radical man was wanted to take our country down.
And judging by his re-distribution plan, disregard for the constitution, class ware, pitting Americans against one another, etc., I think they knew this man well.
If he is not the "typical" insider in Washington, why is he in bed with lobbylists and why has he taken more money from Wall Street than ANY OTHER presidential candidate???
I'll agree that the spending started with Bush but Obama did not make it any better but made it TRILLIONS of dollars WORSE.

Ah, yes, when all else fails throw out those right wing terms: socialist, constitution, class warfare (what no Founding Fathers?).

Something that would be very helpful here would be some LTE about mental health issues. The forum discussion following could be really enlightening for some here

But yeah, 412, I really should stop teasing Bunda. I'll make an effort to respond to his diatribes with sweet reason in the future, even when he calls me a commie.
Hmmm ... the Red Mermaid? That has possibilities!

Just remember - the title of Partisan Queen is already taken.
In the 2008 campaign Obama received $30 billion from WS compared to thw $21 billion McCain received. He got more from WS thanany other candidate ever.
Quite getting your "facts" from AttackWatch.com, Sally.

Nope. Each of us gets her own crown
Fair enough, but mine is diamonds and sapphires (blue, of course, what else?)
I'm sure the Koch brothers will dump tons of money to keep him.

Oh, I figured that since this was the P-G, our crowns would be encrusted in emeralds, in honor of the color of the newspaper's logo.

Freudian psychoanalysis of anti-social psychosis in blogger types. By Dr Sebastian Bongaius.
graywolf: Inventor of fictitious Dr. Sebastian Bongaius*, poster of creepy and irrational comments, denier of mental health illnesses**, creditor of wrong posts to wrong people*** and as a result someone with zero credibility.

**"given how the left constantly pushes and promotes the mental health industrial complex,-everyone should talk to the quacks/med school flunky psychiatrists from toddlers to 90 year olds and everyone in between (post-partum women to war veterans) ADHD, bipolar, cognitive behavioral therapy, blah, blah, blah" - graywolf 10/28/2011)
*** "Sally, blog friend, I'm just trying to see something here. You have railed against the expanding power and influence of UPMC in these blogs" graywolf - 10/28/2011
The truth being that I made no such posts about UPMC and didn't post anything about them at all. Obviously his severly impaired mind had me confused with someone else.
And this is who posts as if his "analyses" of others are valid?

Sally, I know the score.
According to a study done by quacks-RACISM IS MENTAL ILLNESS
The American Psychiatric Association has never officially recognized extreme racism (as opposed to ordinary prejudice) as a mental health problem, although the issue was raised more than 30 years ago
Likewise there's the narcissism complex displayed when they post "proof" by way of links to Wikipedia, ThinkProgress & random unknown blogs, while simultaneously insisting that all other sources are partisan shills lacking credibility, no examples required.

Let it be noted that Sally did not address the HIDDEN tax issue or the FACT that Obamby had received more from WS than other politician in the last 20 YEARS (goes against the left's lie that only Republicans are in bed with WS).
The Gingrich campaign continues to name drop Saul Alinsky without explaining who Saul Alinsky actually is. So when voters click to the Gingrich-funded LiberalsLoveRomney.com -- released today -- they'll probably assume that the gentlemen with the cartoon-ishly large head and accompanying speech bubble that says "He likes my book!" is Bill Ayers' father-in-law. Well played. [LiberalsLoveRomney.com]

WOW Sally, I don't think you realize that you just described to a tee what the libs. and Dems. do all the time.
Tax me, I'm rich
David Gershon at Daily Kos: "Nick Hanauer is a very rich, wildly successful business man. His company, aQuantive, was purchased by Microsoft in 2007 for $6.4 billion. ... Hanauer also, it seems, both understands and is willing to articulate what most of our country's wealthiest citizens refuse to acknowledge: that it is the middle class which creates jobs through demand, and that our country's richest members of society need to be paying more in taxes so as not to undercut and destroy those Americans who ultimately determine our nation's economic health."
Mr. Gershon goes on to quote Mr. Hanauer:
"There's this idea in our society that rich people are job creators, and if you tax them more, then they'll create less jobs. This is simply a misunderstanding of how the economy works -- it's actually the middle class that creates the jobs with the demand that forces businesses to increase employment. ...
"Look, corporate profits are at a 50-year high, while unemployment is also at a 50-year high. If it was true that the rich and business were the job creators, we'd be drowning in jobs today."

the socialist path this radical man was wanted to take our country down.
I always like hearing what constitutes "socialism" in the eyes of the far right.
The most socialist thing he's done so far is to support a health care plan that was originally authored by Republicans Dole and Chaffee and then deployed in Massachusetts by the leading (for the moment) Republican candidate for the Presidency.
Anyone But Obama.
written by Racer, February 14, 2012 - 08:10 PM • There should have been a republican front runner by now. There is none.
Republicans just can’t wrap their arms around any of the candidates.
As a sidebar, no one is asking for Bush's endorsement. Perhaps they would be best having an amber moment with people getting too close with touchy feely moments
The truth of the matter:
• There should have been a republican front runner by now. There is none.
• Republicans just can’t wrap their arms around any of the candidates.
And there you have it, Tuesday February 14, 2012, the beginning of the end of the Grand Obstructionist Party.
And there you have it, Tuesday November 6, 2012, the beginning of the end of the Dumbocrat Party.

Putting all name calling aside, how many of you voted in the previous Presidential election? In the off year election? Just curious, and I've never missed an election since I attained suffrage at age 21. That's 41 years. Not looking for a hero button, just sayin'....if you don't vote, don't complain later.
And there you have it, Tuesday November 6, 2012, the beginning of the end of the Dumbocrat Party.
We can safely surmise that you were asleep, and/or in rehab for "Bush/Palin/GOP Derangement Syndrome" and/or out of country when Our Dear Reader took over GMC/Chrysler.
In December 2008, U.S. President George W. Bush agreed to a $17.4 billion bailout for General Motors and Chrysler. The financing came from the $700 billion fund known as the TARP.[4] General Motors emerged from a Chapter 11 reorganization in 2009, with an initial public offering that was one of the world`s top 5 largest IPOs to date.

Pssst! Sally. They call it a "hidden" tax because it is esentially hidden from the HOMEOWNERS that are buying or refinancing. They won't really know there is indeed, an additional tax.
Not so quick. President Obama's poll numbers are up and he beats each GOP contender.
Not so fast. PBO's approval rating is around 50%. If Romney gets the nod (he will), PBO will not get the swing vote this time around
written by Ironman, February 15, 2012 - 11:30 AM
Sally - Romney is a Mormon, not a catholic and I would not attach him to the birth control issue
Romney can pull in swing voters and contain the vote on the far right. I don't see the gap widening. I see it shrinking. He's vulnerable and is in trouble.
Nice try though.
Over the weekend, Speaker Boehner doubled down on his commitment to undoing Obama's decision to require insurance companies to cover birth control--now he wants any employer to be able to deny any preventive care at all, including mammograms.1
My previous post shows Obama ahead of Romney in every poll, this includes independents. In addition, Romney lacks appeal even to his base.
If Romney gets the nominations, the far right won't be staying home on November 6th
Neither will the far left.
written by Ironman, February 15, 2012 - 04:26 PM
