OK, let us dispel an enormous myth about a game a little later this month, and one that I confirmed with the LSU Sports Information Department.
The LSU game is not confirmed to be a night game as of yet. It still could be a day game. The determination as to kickoff of that game will be made 12 days before it is to be played. The game is to be played on Sept. 25, thus a determination on a kickoff time for the non-conference matchup be released on Sept. 13. Quite simply, the schedule is at the mercy of television.
So, with that said, I have been hearing a lot of people talk about those night games in Baton Rouge -- well, West Virginia might not even play a night game in Baton Rouge. Keep this in mind.
