A Terrible Towel with the Washington Capitals' logo on it? Seriously?

The Terrible Towel is Pittsburgh. Long ago it went beyond being a Steelers icon and became a Pittsburgh icon.

Would there ever be a Browns or Ravens logo on it? Of course not. So why is it acceptable to plaster a Capitals logo on it?

If you're any sort of true Pittsburgh fan, you'll boycott this abomination. Heck, if you're a Capitals fan, you will too.

There are plenty of regular Terrible Towels available at just about any retailer in town. And sales from those will benefit the Allegheny Valley School. Go ahead and buy them and avoid this train wreck all together.

That is...puke-tastic. How could they manage to botch a collector's item for two teams at the same time?!

I saw this on the NHL sit the other day and wanted to throw up. I sincerely hope no one buys this and if they need a new terrible towel they buy a much more original one WITHOUT the Capitals logo on it.

In all honesty, I don't even like that we'll play a Winter Classic against them. I couldn't care less that the Penguins are in an HBO show with them.

I want nothing to do with those never beens.
