Former Penguins forward Bill Guerin will officially announce his retirement today at a press conference at Consol Energy Center.
Guerin, 40, spent 18 season in the NHL with the Penguins, Devils, Oilers, Bruins, Stars, Blues, Sharks and Islanders.
Guerin, a member of the Penguins 2009 Stanley Cup championship team, spent parts of two seasons in Pittsburgh. In 95 regular games with the Penguins, Guerin scored 57 points.
An on-ice ceremony will be held prior to tonight's game with the Devils.
