And things just keep getting better for Penguins.
The team officially announced forward Evgeni Malkin will undergo knee surgery Thursday to repair a torn ACL and MCL in his right knee. He suffered the injury Friday in a collision with Sabres defenseman Tyler Myers.
Rehabilitation is expected to take six month and he should be ready for training camp to begin the 2011-12 season.
In 43 games this season, Malkin had 37 points.

As expected, still tough to read. Lets just hope he can come back healthy and get back the form he had two years ago.
