Well this certainly bodes well for the healthy of Brent Johnson.
The Penguins demoted goaltender Brad Thiessen to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL. He has not played in the NHL this season.
In 42 AHL games this season, Thiessen is 32-7-8 with a 1.88 goals against average and .924 save percentage.
Johnson was sidelined due to an upper-body injury.
