-Welcome back Bill Guerin (above).
-Tim Thomas made 38 saves for the Bruins in a 4-0 shutout of the Canucks in Game 4. Rich Peverly scored two goals for Boston while teammate David Krejci recorded two assists. The series is tied, 2-2.
-Check out Peverly's first goal:
-Things got a little nasty between Thomas and Vancouver's Alex Burrows late in the game:
-A good look at the battle:

-Hit of the Night: Boston's Dennis Seidenberg on Vancouver's Daniel Sedin:
-Happy times for Boston's Brad Marchand:

-Marchand got the drop here on Vancouver's Daniel Sedin:

-Marchand had issues with Vancouver's Keith Ballard:

-Bright times for Thomas:

-The body language of Vancouver's Raffi Torres pretty much described everything here:

-Flexible times for Vancouver's Cory Schneider:

-After the game, injured Bruins forward Nathan Horton (concussion) presented Peverly with the team's "player-of-the-game" award, an ugly, weathered, tacky Bruins jacket.
-Peverly replaced Horton on the Bruins' top line.
-“I’d heard that he was O.K., but I didn’t know if O.K. meant he was going to live.” - Thomas on Horton.
-Canucks goaltender Roberto Luongo was pulled early in the third period after surrendering Boston's fourth goal.
-The Canucks' once-vaunted power play is 1-for-22 in the series.
-Marchand is not particularly found of Vancouver's "Green Men."

-This is a few days old, but here's Hockey Night in Canada's pregame montage for Game 3:
-Meh.
-"Philadelphia is a great city, a great organization, and a great team with a rich history. I am looking forward to meeting with Paul Holmgren to discuss the possibility of us working together for many years to come." - Former Coyotes goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov on having his signing rights traded to the Flyers.
Southeast Division-"I definitely enjoyed Atlanta a lot. There are fans there and there were good crowds. It was fun to play there and I enjoyed it, the city and everything. But just the way the organization was run, it wasn’t up to standards that’s for sure. That’s all that needs to be said on that." - Defenseman Dustin Byfuglien (right) of the Thrashers franchise on the team's time in Atlanta.
-Today is the 10th anniversary of the Avalanche's second's Stanley Cup title.
-Former Blackhawks forward Igor Radulov joined Salavat Yulaev Ufa of the KHL.
-The Chicago Cubs drafted Trevor Gretzky, a first baseman at Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village, Calif. and the son of you-know-who, in the 10th round of Major League Baseball's draft. No word yet if they plan on drafting Mark Messier's kid to do all the heavy lifting.
