Canadiens defenseman Hal Gill (above, with Carolina's Chad LaRose during the 2009 Eastern Conference final) is scheduled to appear in his 1,000th career game tonight.
Assuming he does, he will become the 14th defenseman who has played with the Penguins to reach the milestone:
