The Islanders will once again start Evgeni Nabokov (above, getting beat on a breakaway by Pascal Dupuis) in net against the Penguins. In Tuesday's game on Long Island, Nabokov made 26 saves in a 3-0 loss to the Penguins. He is 1-2-0 with a 2.37 goals against average and a .923 save percentage.
In his career, Nabokov has a 8-2-0 record with at 1.67 goals against average, a .938 save percentage and two shutouts against the Penguins.
Islanders defenseman Milan Jurcina will make his season debut. He has been sidelined all season to this point due to a groin injury.
