TV: Root Sports, SportsNet (East), RDS.

Record: 14-14-4, 32 points. The Senators are in 12th place in the Eastern Conference and last place in the Northeast Division.

Leading Scorer: Jason Spezza, 32 points (10 goals, 22 assists).

Last Game: 5-2 home loss to the Bruins, Wednesday. Spezza had a goal and an assist for the Senators.

Last Game against the Penguins: 6-3 road loss, Nov. 25. Tyler Kennedy had a goal and two assists for the Penguins.

Probable goaltenders: Brent Johnson (2-3-2, 2.83 GAA, .899 SV%) for the Penguins and Alex Auld (0-3-2, 3.43 GAA, .875 SV%) for the Senators.

Injuries: For the Penguins, centers Jordan Staal ("lower body") and Joe Vitale (undisclosed) are questionable. Defenseman Robert Bortuzzo (head) and center Sidney Crosby (head) are out.
