The Penguins demoted forward Jason Williams (above) and defenseman Alexandre Picard to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL.
Williams, 31, has appeared in seven NHL games this season and has two points (one goal, one assist).
Picard, 26, has played in 17 NHL games this season and has four assists.
Defenseman Deryk Engelland's three-game suspension came to an end last night.
